Teams
Each team must have no more than 10 participants. Teams must have different color shirts for easy identification. 2 teams participate at once, be timed and eliminated accordingly. |

Challenges
The course consists of the following: Gladiator Pillow Bash Gladiator Ramp Obstacle Mat Net Crawl Pole Balance Plank Walk Tyre Run |

Rules and Direction
Participants would start with the Pillow Bash. Whichever team member falls off first gives the other team a 5 second head start for the Gladiator Ramp, which is a grueling 10m x 4m inflatable climb 'n slide. Thereafter is the Obstamat which will have you jumping and diving to get through. Once you're through then it's a crawl under a net, walk 'n balance over poles, walk the planks and then run through the tyres to the finish. |

Additional Extra
The Mechanical Bull is also great fun. The teams that have been eliminated from the Team Building Challenge can challenge each other on the Bull, to try and hit the 8 seconds.
Be the co-worker to rule the office as the Cowboy / Cowgirl Champion.
